Long Term War:

59 Hoover Criminal Gang V. 3rd Gate Piru

The war shall be roleplay oriented, every scenario shall be roleplayed to the furthest extent. Both said factions are capable of immaculate roleplay therefore we shall display this to the entire community. Here are the terms we've agreed on:

Attacks:
One attack and one retaliation per 24 hours. We will be following the /servertime to avoid timezone complications.
Assault rifles are prohibited when attacking each other, smaller weapons and one shotgun will be allowed for attacks.
In attacks, do not finish off each other off. Once they're in brutally wounded mode let them roleplay their injuries
Brawls will not count as a attack as long a weapon is not pulled. If a gun is pulled out during a brawl it will count as an attack, if the daily attack has already taken place it would be considered a breach.
In brawls avoid putting players in brutally wounded, if anyone from either side is put into brutally wounded the other faction is to refund the said player death bills only. If a gun is lost we can solve this on a case by case bases.
Besides these terms we will be following the Long Term War rules that are in place already.
TL;DR
One attack & retaliation every 24 hours. We will be using /stime to determine the time between each attack.
Weapon restriction: No assault rifles, only small weapons(Tec-9, UZI, Deagles, etc.), and one shotgun.
Do not finish anyone off in the attack, let the said player roleplay their injuries after a shootout.
Brawls do not count as attacks unless a weapon is brandished. Avoid putting players in brutally wounded, allow them to roleplay injuries.
Follow LS-RP's Long Term War rules besides what was stated above.
All attacks should be /stime'd, screenshotted, and documented via private forums. This keeps the war organized and we're able to avoid all complications.
Beef:

The LTW should not only consist of a daily attack and brawls... Obviously. There should be internet beef, taunting each other, and blatant gang banging. We should keep everything realistic and fun as possible, there should be no dick measuring OOCly. Whoever wins or loses shootouts we are to remain on good standing OOCly. Neither faction is above one another, we're all here to have fun and enjoy ourselves.
